Most recently, Green asked the judge to dismiss the case thrown against her, denying the wrongdoings she was accused of doing.

Nicki Minaj Lawsuit: Marley Green Fights Back

According to exclusively-obtained documents by RadarOnline.com, blogger Marley Green, also known as Nosey Heaux, has asked a judge to dismiss the case filed by Nicki Minaj.

She also denied all allegations thrown at her by the lawsuit. The blogger was accused of defamation.

Notably in 2022, Minaj sued Nosey Heaux for allegedly making "vile" comments about her and her son, who she affectionately calls Papa Bear.

Pitchfork reported last year that Minaj launched a massive lawsuit against the blogger. Here's what the complaint said:

"Marley Green is a disgrace-someone so lacking in fundamental decency that she has posted vile comments about Nicki's 1-year-old son. When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name "Nosey Heaux" because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment,"

In a circulating video on social media, Green accused her of being a "cokehead" who was "shoving all this cocaine up her nose.

Apart from the damning accusations, Green also dragged Minaj's child into the mix.

"Your baby is going to be a rapist, too," she said in the video after claiming that she would drag the whole Minaj family tree. For Green, the damages that Minaj is seeking to be paid for were a "result of her own misconduct and action."

"The complained-of-acts of these answering Defendants were justified and privileged under the circumstances, including but not limited to truth, fair comment and opinion," Green argued in the filing.

Minaj is asking for a minimum of $75,000 in damages. She also revealed that she is preparing to get an expert witness to state how Green's defamatory language tarnished her career.
