Fans are sad that Dead & Company will go on their last tour this year, but there are fans who are even sadder as they will not be able to watch their favorite band perform live.

According to 101.9 The Rock, the group of musicians consisting of Mickey Hart, John Mayer, Bob Weir, Oteil Burbridge, and Jeff Chimenti, will be going on their last series of shows later this month.
The tour will kick off on May 19 and 20 in Los Angles and has numerous dates scattered throughout the coming months.

For fans who didn't get a chance to secure tickets for the events, the band announced that all of their 29 shows will be available for streaming in 4K and HD.
All shows are accessible live or on-demand and it could be replayed for the next 48 hours after the respective show.

In order to stream the concert, fans should head to Nugs.net to purchase their tickets. The website state that passes are "heavily discounted" and buyers will have a chance to upgrade their tickets upon checkout.
Take note that passes do not apply to all concerts as fans should only choose which date they wanted to watch.

Although fans are looking forward to seeing the musicians gather together in one stage for the last time, many were saddened when Dead & Company announced that their drummer Bill Kreutzmann won't be joining them on their series of concerts.
Taking to their social media accounts, the group explained that they are letting fans know that the musician will be a part of the tour after many long discussions and "soul searching."
"Bill wants you to know that he is in good spirits, good health and he is not retiring," they added. (via Ultimate Classic Rock)
One of the main reasons why he would be absent is because of the "culmination of a shift in creative direction."
