David Draiman recently went viral after he shared an emotional message on stage. Today, he clarified his statement by taking to social media.

The musician took to his official Twitter account to express his gratitude to those who have been supporting him, writing, "You are all heard, seen, and very much appreciated."
He later shared yet another emotional message to fans, saying that they're giving him a reason to fight.
"Much love and thanks to you all. Don't worry; I'm not going anywhere. You all keep giving me #AReasonToFight," he added.

Disturbed recently performed at a concert in Milwaukee wherein Draiman spoke to the audience, sharing a tearful message to the crowd.
The vocalist said all people need a reason to fight because the "demons," which he described as addiction and depression, are very real and he considers them as diseases that are not different than cancer.
"You can't see depression. You can't see addiction. It festers inside. It metastasizes, takes over your body," he said.

Draiman added that he has to write about the dark subject matter and the only way he can face it is by directly looking it in the face because sometimes, "darkness can show you light."
In a different occasion, the band performed in St. Paul wherein the frontman also shared an emotional speech, saying he's tired of losing everybody he loves to depression and addiction.
He then shared a few names of famous musicians who previously died because of the matter like Chester Bennington, Scott Weiland, and Chris Corneli.
The Disturbed frontman later revealed and became honest with his fans, saying he almost "joined" them a couple of months ago.

In other reports, the band is currently on their "Take Back Your Life" tour and will travel across different cities over the next few months.
They already performed around Canada and they're set to continue their series of concerts at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, on July 11, 2023.
The band will be accompanied by supporting acts like Breaking Benjamin and Jinjer on select dates across the United States.
