The future of the multi-million dollar Malibu beachfront mansion owned by Kanye West could be jeopardized due to financial trouble.

The Grammy award-winning singer's Yeezy brand was dropped by Adidas back in October following his highly controversial anti-Semitic remarks, which may have been a factor leading to the quiet dissolution of his construction company last year.

In the fall of 2021, Kanye purchased a Japanese-inspired property for renovation. Unfortunately, the work was abruptly halted due to his cancellation of contractors.

Sources now tell The Sun that Yeezy Construction Inc., which was in charge of the project, was dissolved in November. As a result, the gutted estate may very well stay in its current state indefinitely.

New pictures expose the destruction since Kanye bought the iconic grey cube.

Initially constructed by renowned architect Tadao Ando, the cube was nearly complete with windows but required renovation and paint inside.

Undeniably unique in its architectural aesthetic, this property was designed to be a hybrid sculpture and house.

Rarely seen outside of America, Kanye decided to renovate it completely.

As a result, only concrete shells, rusty balconies, and utility pipes remain; these can now be found underneath a beach near where previously stood something quite extraordinary.

In August of last year, the "Donda" rapper pulled a $14 million ranch from the market, which was located in Wyoming, where he had set up a construction firm. It appears the asset has been sitting since then with no activity.

Though Kanye West had initially intended to launch his Yeezy brand in Cody, Wyoming, that plan has now been discarded, and he has instead chosen Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles as his base of operations.

Kanye West is now focusing on securing property and resources for his venture in Los Angeles.

Having been dropped by multiple brands, resulting in what he claims was a $2 billion loss in one day, his response was not despair but resilience.

Last week, exclusive photographs depicted ongoing construction work at Kanye West's freshly leased 7,400-square-foot showroom on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.

Initially reported to be a store selling the rapper's merchandise, it has emerged that the space is functioning as a sort of "Yeezy HQ," as per an inside outlet source.

Ye's dream for the place is much more than a mere store. Over the past three weeks, he has been putting it to good use by arranging parties and handing out fresh samples of his latest line.

"The vision for its use has changed to being multi-purpose," came the excited murmur from those in the know.

A short walk from an Adidas outlet, a colossal building has had its doors and windows wholly concealed. Its walls have been draped in a signature dark gray paint job - a signature style of Kanye West himself.

Recently, workers have been busily constructing structures at this edifice's rear while others are occupied with sanding its floors indoors.
