Taylor Swift is bringing her "Eras" tour to Latin America, and the bargained tickets are too good to pass up.
According to reports, the first round of international tour dates for the "Eras" tour was just announced, and it includes several shows in Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil.
Swift also revealed that she will be touring in those countries alongside Sabrina Carpenter, and promised that "lots more" international dates are to "come soon."
So far, the "Anti-Hero" singer will be heading to Mexico City's Foro Sol on Aug 24, 25, and 26; Buenos Aires' Estado River Plate on Nov 9 and 10; Rio de Janeiro's EstadioNilton Santos - Engenhao on Nov 18; Sao Paulo's Allianz Parque on Nov 25 and 26.
100% Inflation
The news of international tour dates got fans going crazy and buzzing with anticipation- not just Swift's international fans, but her American fanbase as well.
The last time the singer embarked on a tour was several years back; she was supposed to have a tour in support of her album "Lover" when the pandemic hit, which ended with the tour getting canceled.
Since then, Swift has released several new albums as well as some rerecorded versions of her previous releases-which has brought in more fans and created more demand to see the "Lavender Haze" singer.
Thousands upon thousands of fans were not able to cop tickets to the highly anticipated "Eras" tour which boasts over 50 shows across North America.
That, along with the incredulous ticket-selling fiasco that went down months back thanks to Ticketmaster, is making fans consider their options.
Now, American fans are more than willing to travel to Latin America to cop tickets due to the 100% inflation in Argentina, reports say.
Argentina Tickets VS. US Resale Price Examined
According to reports, American fans are eyeing a trip to Latin America following the announcement of international "Eras" tour dates and ticket prices.
Tickets that were originally priced at $49 in the United States was being sold at $1,500 in reseller applications; meanwhile, the Argentina concert tickets are priced at $153 with the flights to Argentina being around $911 as of this writing.
It seems like for American fans, the choice is clear.
Ticket selling in Argentina will commence on Jun 6 at 10 a.m. local, while other countries like Mexico and Brazil will have presale dates.
