Toby Keith worried fans as he looked unrecognizable in his most recent selfie amid his cancer battle.
The world learned about Keith's health problems in 2022 when the country singer announced his cancer diagnosis instead of giving an update regarding his new music. At that time, he revealed through his Twitter page that he had been receiving treatment after he was diagnosed with the dreaded disease.
A year after he shocked everyone with his health update, he posted a new photo of him in which he looked "unrecognizable" than before.

What Happened to Toby Keith?
Keith debuted his slimmer look a year after he announced his break from the music industry to focus on his cancer treatment and recovery.
While the health problem led him to cancel some of his shows, the singer took everyone's worries away during his candid interview with "CMT Hot 20 Countdown" in which he said he had been working to get back in shape again.
Although he has been enduring the disease for nearly two years, Keith still gifted his fans with surprise appearances and performance, including his visit to Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse in Lexington.
