Drake Hologram: The Truth
Even though Drake and his team haven't confirmed if they really used a hologram to project his younger self, many shared their theories about how the performance was pulled off.
One user said the teen on stage was not a light projection, but rather a real actor who looks like the rapper. Then on the big monitor, the production team might have added CGI to make him look like Drake even more.
Another one claimed that they attended the show and witnessed that it was a real person as he wrote, "I was there it was a REAL PERSON.. might of used CGI on his face but he already looked like young Drake."
Regardless of the speculation, it appears that Drake and 21Savage were able to deliver a surprise opening of their tour.
