Colleen Ballinger Makes Desperate Move to Earn Money Amid Child Grooming Allegations

Colleen Ballinger, popularly known for her online persona as Miranda Sings, has been loved by countless fans from all over the world. However, it all changed in recent years after her previous conversations with minors were exposed.

In a response to her child grooming allegations, the YouTube personality released a 10-minute video featuring herself singing about the "toxic gossip train" and shared the rumors going around about her.

More recently, the musician was criticized even more as it appeared that she's trying to profit off the song by selling it online.

According to Pop Crave, Ballinger's track titled "Toxic Gossip Train," which is 10 minutes and 19 seconds long, is currently available on iTunes for $10.

After the news broke out, fans expressed their disappointment with the online conctent creator as she's trying to getaway from the allegations.

"Something is wrong with this woman. Trying so hard to show she doen't care. This is disgusting," one wrote.

"Her being upset about her victims monetizing their videos is pure hypocrisy now. She's literally still profiting from their trauma and CONTINUING TO DO IT. She ain't sorry. At all," another one wrote.

As of this writing, Ballinger has yet to reveal the reason why she uploaded the song on the music platform.

According to Junkee, Colleen Ballinger's series of controversies started in early June 2023 when her previous fans alleged that she groomed them when they were still a minor.

A few of her former supporters spoke with Rolling Stone, claiming that she had been conversing inappropriate topics with young people for years now.

One of the fans who exposed the singer, Adam McIntyre, alleged that the content creator asked him if he was a virgin when he was around 14 to 15 years old and he was even asked about his "favorite position."

McIntyre first came out with the allegations in 2020 in a video titled "Colleen Ballinger Stop Lying," but instead of being heard by other supporters, Ballinger's fans threatened him on social media.

In late June, the YouTuber addressed the allegations in a song. The following day, her ex-husband, Joshua David Evans, shared his support to the victims, telling them that their trauma should be "taken seriously."
