Call of Duty's new season will include a playable character based on a Five Finger Death Punch member.

The hit first-person shooter video game unveiled teaser posters ahead of the release of Call of Duty Season 5 and confirmed that Five Finger Death Punch's founding guitarist would appear on the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Warzone starting in the upcoming update.

Five Finger Death Punch Zoltan Bathory Becomes Call of Duty's New Character

According to the tweet Wednesday, Bathory will be available to be used as a playable character in the game's fifth season. However, it remains unknown whether the player will follow the guitarist's name, as well.

The Five Finger Death Punch confirmed the collaboration and retweeted the stills from Call of Duty's official Twitter page, expressing his excitement to see the character in action.

"Let's goooooo!" Bathory exclaimed. "It was a lot of fun working on this, all the body scans the photo shoots with the [Call of Duty] crew and my friends at TacGas. It's been a long time in the making. Can't wait for this to drop on August 2nd!"

Before Bathory joins the franchise on board, Avenged Sevenfold member M. Shadows also secured a slot in the game's 2019's Operation Apocalypse Z level in Black Ops 4.

Five Finger Death Punch Vocalist Ivan Moody Also Takes on New Role

Prior to the Call of Duty announcement, Five Finger Death Punch lead vocalist Ivan Moody also confirmed that he expanded his businesses in Cheyenne following his recent relocation to the city.

According to the singer, he opened a convenience store and gas station, Moody's Rock Shop, in Wyoming capitol city's west side and an outpatient facility downtown. Meanwhile, the other business, Ciara Coral, focuses on giving treatment to people struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

To mark the beginning of his new businesses, Moody held a block party on July 15 following his relocation from Denver.

"I would like to use this opportunity/grand opening to introduce myself to my newfound family - the city of Cheyenne," Moody said. "Both of these new ventures mean so much to me and I can't wait to celebrate with everyone!"

Five Finger Death Punch performed in the area on Wednesday alongside Paws and Papa Roach.
