Lollapalooza 2023 is just around the corner, and the city of Chicago is already gearing up in anticipation of troves of fans coming into the city to watch the three-day music festival.
According to reports, history will be made on the opening night of Lollapalooza as it will be opened by Karol G-the first Latina artist to headline the music festival-as well as KPOP girl group NewsJeans.
The highly anticipated music festival will be held at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois this year, and will take place from Aug. 3 to Aug. 6, opening at 11 a.m. and closing at 10 p.m. each day.
Fans can enter through two main gates, one along Michigan and Ida B. Well and another entrance along Monroe and Columbus.
The attendees' bags will all be searched prior to entering the music festival grounds. Bags have to be 6" x 9" or smaller that cannot have more than one pocket. Water bottles need to be emptied prior to entering the grounds.
Any professional audio and video recording equipment are not allowed in the grounds, that includes tripods, large detachable zoom lenses, selfie sticks, and more.

Lollapalooza 2023 Tickets
According to reports, single-day general admission tickets for all but one day of Lollapalooza, as well as the four-day general admission tickets are sold out, but fans can hope to cop tickets by getting on the waitlist here.
Meanwhile, the only day that still has single-day general admission tickets is Saturday, fans can try their luck here.

Lollapalooza 2023 Headliners, Performers
This year boasts a wide array of performers who are superstars in their respective genres, which is probably why tickets are selling out so fast.
Two new KPOP acts will be performing at the music festival: boy group TOMORROW X TOGETHER and girl group NewJeans.
Some highly anticipated US artists will also be headlining the show, like Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Odesza, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Lana Del Rey.
Lollapalooza also booked The 1975 and Karol G, as well as Carly Rae Jepsen, Diplo, Lainey Wilson, The Rose, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Beabadoobee, Sabrina Carpenter, Pusha T, Yung Gravy, Rina Sawayama, Lil Yachty, Alan Walker, Joey Bada$, and more.
