Travis Scott's fans might be disappointed that his concert at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt was canceled, but the rapper is making up for his supporters as he revealed a new venue, but this time, it would be in Rome.
According to Uproxx, the musician took to his official Twitter account to share that he would be performing in Rome, Italy, specifically at a historical site called Circus Maximus.
As of this writing, his official website has a text that reads "NOT FOUND." and it's unsure if it's intentional or the page is indeed broken.
He gave more fans details about his upcoming show on his official Instagram account, saying it would be on August 7, 2023, and tickets will be available for purchase starting on August 3 at 10 a.m. CET.
The outlet clarified that the event would not be a screening of his movie "Circus Maximus," but rather an actual concert at the venue.
The historical site is an ancient Roman stadium that had been used for chariot racing in the past. In the modern day, musicians have been performing in the area as a concert venue.
The rapper was not the first person to perform at Circus Maximum as Genesis also took the stage in 2007.

The recent announcement comes a few days after Travis Scott's fans still went to the venue where he was supposed to perform in Egypt even though it was canceled.
In early reports, supporters of the rapper gathered around and partied with each other in what appeared to be a location filled with sand.
The concertgoers did their best to have the best time of their lives by playing Travis Scott's music while holding their phones as a flashlight.
One of the main reasons why they went to the country was because some fans had already bought plane tickets.

Days before Travis Scott was set to perform at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt, the organizer behind his show, Live Nation, issued a statement confirming that the event was canceled due to "complex production issues."
He was supposed to perform songs from his new album "Utopia." There are also plans for the event to be live-streamed for fans who never got tickets.
