Taylor Swift Pressured To Go On Strike?
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift is on the last few concert stops on the first leg of her North American Tour. Earlier this week, she was being pressured by California local government to postpone her performances at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California to support the strike of hotel workers in the area.
California Lieutenant Governor Elani Kounalakis and dozens of other politicians signed a letter urging Taylor Swift to strike.
"Hotel workers are fighting for their lives," the letter addressed to Swift read. "They are fighting for a living wage. They have gone on strike. Now, they are asking for your support. Stand with hotel workers and postpone your concerts."
