Fans were worried last week after Florence Welch announced the cancellation of a series of festival appearances and concerts due to a medical emergency.
More recently, the singer and frontwoman of Florence + The Machine gave fans an insight why she wasn't able to perform at some of her shows; is she coming back anytime soon?
Taking to her official Instagram account, the musician expressed her apologies to her followers because she had to cancel a few appearances.
The reason behind it was an emergency surgery, but as of now, she told her loyal supporters that she's not strong enough to go into details regarding what happend to her.
However, she noted that it saved her life.
Florence Welch Making a Big Comeback After Surgery
Although she's still recovering from her surgery, Florence Welch will be back soon, on September 1 to be exact, and she told her fans that she couldn't wait to perform again.
"I will be back to close out the Dance Fever tour in Lisbon and Malaga (Maybe not jumping so much but you can do that for me," she wrote.
She concluded her post by saying that creativity is a way for her to cope up with what's happening and mythology is a way of making sense.

"With all its strange prophecies, will provide me with much needed strength and catharsis right now, " she added.
According to Daily Mail, Welch announced that the reason why she had to cancel her shows was because of "medical advice."
Aside from her canceled shows, she was also not able to perform at Zurich Open Air Festival and Rock en Seine a few days ago.
Not the First Time Florence Welch Had a Medical Problem
The most recent surgery was not the first time Florence Welch had a problem with her body as she was injured last year while performing at the O2 Arena in London.
In a statement released at the time, she noted that she doesn't cancel shows, especially a tour in the United Kingdom, but she was in pain and dancing on an injury is "not a good idea."
She was later adviced by medical professionals to not perform to "avoid further damage."
