Jessica Simpson and her family have been living a much more quiet life outside the bustling streets of the celebrity-famous Los Angeles, California.

Ever since the summertime came, the singer had relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, and she finally revealed the reason for her big move.

According to E! Online, the "I Think I'm In Love" hitmaker is now living in the country music capital along with her husband, Eric Johnson, and three children named Maxwell Drew, Birdie Mae, and Ace Knute.

Speaking with the outlet, the musician said she's not moving to Nashville permanently as they were only renting a property for the summer.

It appears that she and her kids are enjoying a different view as they have been accustomed to the weather and the scenery ever since they moved.

Jessica Simpson Reveals Why Her Family Moved to Nashville

Many would think that Jessica Simpson moved to Nashville due to the paparazzi around and other celebrities, but she shared a completely different reason.

She told the outlet that moving to a different city is great for her because she's "not on guard," and she had been spending time with "a lot of like-minded people."

"It's because I'm not on guard. I'm with a lot of like-minded people," she said.

The entrepreneur also clarified that it was not about other celebrities, but rather the music in Nashville and "the heart and the conversation."

Jessica Simpson Returning to Music Anytime Soon?

It appears that the change of scenery was not the only thing that Jessica Simpson had ever since moving to Nashville because she was also inspired to make a return to music.

If she would release new songs in the near future, the mom of three said she's not nervous at all, but if people would ask her about a musical comeback two years ago, she was frightened.

"But now, I know exactly what I want," she added.

The latest news comes after the musician's parenting skill was questioned by online users after she let her 11-year-old daughter named Maxwell wear a crop top.

Her Instagram post with her daughter was met with criticism as Maxwell was wearing a denim outfit and many believe that it was not appropriate for her age.

As of this writing, Simpson has not responded to the comments.
