Ice Spice is perhaps the biggest breakthrough artist of the year! From achieving multiple chart strides to collaborating with Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift at an early phase of her career, the Bronx rapper is unstoppable!
Very recently, Ice Spice bagged the VMA for Best New Artist last night, and it might be a precursor for her winning the same award at the 2024 Grammy Awards.

Ultimately, Ice Spice took home her very first moon person.
"Thank you so much. Thank you MTV. Oh my God, this is so cool," Ice Spice said before tearing up. "I just want to thank my Munchkins. I love you guys so much."
She went on to thank her manager James and her producer Riot for "making the best music" with her.
"Shout out to all the other nominees in this category. I want to thank my label 10K and Capitol for always supporting me. And of course God. Without God none of this would be possible," she added.
Ice Spice was also nominated this year for three other awards - Push Performance of the Year for "Princess Diana," and two Song of Summer nominations for "Barbie World" with Nicki Minaj and "Karma" with Taylor Swift.

Ice Spice Nominated For Grammys?
Earlier this year, Billboard predicted that Ice Spice is a shoo-in for the Best New Artist category. She could well be against the likes of Gracie Abrams, Jelly Roll, Coco Jones, Peso Pluma, Noah Kahan, PinkPantheress, and even Bailey Zimmerman.
Her song with PinkPantheress, "Boy's A Liar Pt. 2," might also be a front-runner to be nominated in the Song of the Year category.
Aside from her big win at the MTV VMAs, Ice Spice debuted her promotional advertisement with Ben Affleck for Dunkin Donuts.
Ice Spice is opening Doja Cat's "Scarlet" World Tour with rapper Doechii, starting Oct. 31, 2023, at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.
