The long wait is over! After a few months of teasing fans, Offset has finally revealed the official release date of his album as well as the cover art; check out all the details below.
According to Billboard, Cardi B's husband's new album is titled "Set It Off" and it will be available for streaming on major music platforms like Apple Music, Spotify, and more.
This would be the follow-up to his solo record "Father of 4" released in 2019. Fans were able to enjoy new music from the musician as he also dropped the EP titled "Culture III (Offset's Way)" two years ago.
Under his rap group, Migos (together with Takeoff and Quavo), they already have four albums under their belt.
Offset took to his official X account (formerly known as Twitter) to share the official album art which featured an upside down world where the buildings appeared to be on fire as he falls down from it.
Fans noticed that the rapper paid tribute to the late pop royalty, Michael Jackson, based on his outfit on the album art which composed of a black coat, white polo, black pair of pants, a pair of black formal shoes, and white socks.
As of this writing, Offset has yet to reveal the official tracklist and collaborators of the album.
Offset Legal Battle Against Quality Control Music
The announcement comes a month after Offset finally ended his legal battle with his music label, Quality Control Music. The recording giant has been credited as the company who helped the rapper breakthrough in the music industry. (via Variety)
Last year, the rapper filed paperwork seeking a declatory judgement which stated that the company "has no rights, title, or interest in or to Offset's recordings."
The main reason behind this was that he already bought out his deal with the record label in early 2022.

He alleged in the paperworks that even though he already purchased the rights to his songs, Quality Control Music continued to claim its ownership.
Now, the new album will be released under Motown Records.
Quavo New Album 2023
On the other hand, Offset's Migos co-member, Quavo, also released a new album last month which paid tribute to the late rapper, Takeoff.
The album, which featured 18 tracks, had several featuring artists like Hunxho, Future, Young Thug, and Baby Drill.
This comes almost a year after Takeoff passed away in November 2022.
