It looks like NSYNC's iconic one-liner is set to be the centerpiece of an ambitious business venture coming from none other than former band member Lance Bass.

In newly obtained legal documents, TMZ has reported that Lance seeks to trademark the name "Dirty Pop officially" and use it with various sugary snacks such as candy bars, chocolate treats, and flavored popcorn.

The hit launched them to stardom: "Pop" by NSYNC.

On Tuesday, this iconic boy band reunited on stage at the MTV VMAs for the first time in a decade, which left their devoted fans overjoyed.

Taking advantage, Lance and his cohorts have decided now is the perfect moment to capitalize on their recent success.

It looks like Lance is taking advantage of all of NSYNC's current fame by registering a trademark for "Boy Band Wars," potentially to use in a television series. Furthermore, they are capitalizing on Justin Timberlake's upcoming film 'Trolls' with a new single.

Recently, Lance set out to acquire the rights to "Frosted Tips" for a possible podcast project, and his company made official documents to ensure ownership of this title.

NSYNC New Song 2023 'Better Place'

NSYNC isn't done making music together just yet. Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez, Lance Bass, and Chris Kirkpatrick have again joined forces to produce the song "Better Place."

This track will be featured in the upcoming film titled "Trolls Band Together."

After an absence of 18 years, the iconic boyband has reunited to record their first new song in almost two decades.

Dreamworks website now hosts the official video clip and confirmed that it'll be available for streaming on September 29.

Additionally, fans can hear snippets of the track on TikTok, per CNN.

Rumors began circulating that the 90s-era boy banders had something new in store and this was it. But no new album or tour is happening.

Having started his solo career in 2002, Justin earned much recognition in 2016 with the release of "Can't Stop the Feeling" for the movie "Trolls."

This saw him win a Grammy and be nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Song. On top of that, he lent his voice to one of the lead characters in this popular franchise, which has now seen two sequels, with a third titled "Trolls Band Together" debuting in 2020. This installment focuses on a boy band plotline.
