In the lead-up to the festive season, it has been uncovered that Taylor Swift is bidding to trademark "Swiftmas" with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The Mirror was able to obtain this application.

On Sept. 15, 2023, the "Anti-Hero" singer applied for a trademark that would grant her rights to use a logo and words on paper goods such as journals and stationery and clothing items like tops, bottoms, and headwear.

This isn't her first time obtaining this trademark either; she has already received it in past years.

As the winter holidays approached, Taylor Swift decided to give her devoted fans a special treat.

One day, out of the blue, a curious thing occurred. Suddenly, the "Lavender Haze" chose fan accounts and mark them with an emoji. People were puzzled yet thrilled as they had no idea what this could mean.

Taylor wanted to do something extra particular this holiday season for her biggest fans.

With that in mind, the star curated thoughtful gifts and shipped them to their doorsteps through "SwiftEx."

Included in the FedEx packages were personalized presents such as necklaces and candles, which had been personally wrapped by Taylor herself.

When asked about Swiftmas, one fan couldn't help but be amazed by the care Taylor Swift puts into her giving.

They remarked to Billboard: "No other artist comes close to matching the size of her heart - you can tell there's no one else wrapping all these gifts for her fans. She uses so much tape it's almost comical!"

The woman expressed her astonishment: "I'm just beginning to realize that the same individual who has gifted me all these presents is also one of the top music stars in the world with massive album sales... Unbelievable!"

It has been revealed that Taylor Swift is trying to strengthen her bond with fans as much as possible.

The "Style" singer has recorded many festive tunes throughout her career, including renditions of "Last Christmas," "Santa Baby," "Silent Night," and "White Christmas."

These songs were released under the label Big Machine Records.

2019 also saw Taylor Swift give her fans something extraordinary in the form of an independent release, "Christmas Tree Farm."

The track was inspired by the singer's childhood living on a Christmas tree farm in rural Pennsylvania.

Memorable lyrics and an upbeat melody made it clear that this song was about more than just Christmas trees - a tribute to her small-town roots.

Though the details remain obscure, Taylor's recent trademark may suggest a return to Swiftmas.

For instance, with the resurfacing of "1989 (Taylor's Version)," we could see a nostalgic revival of her beloved holiday. Nonetheless, until further disclosure is made, speculation remains about how this trademark will be utilized.
