Court documents show that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have reached a temporary settlement in their acrimonious custody battle.
The former Hollywood A-listers are agreeing to keep their children in New York for now.
After the 27-year-old actress called for her former partner, 34, to bring their two small children back to England, a temporary agreement was established that prevents both individuals from taking the little ones out of the state.
The arrangement specifies that neither parent has authority in that regard.
On Monday, a court ruled that the ex-couple's children, Willa (3) and their unnamed one-year-old, will stay within New York's Southern or Eastern Districts, per TMZ. This region comprises New York City, Hudson Valley, and Long Island.
Under the court filing, Sophie and Joe have come to an accord regarding the Interim Consent Order.
This agreement will guard against removing their children from their current jurisdictions until further notice from the Court. Both parties enter this agreement without prejudice to any claims or defenses they may make in future proceedings.
Stephen Cullen, Sophie's lawyer, filed a court order to safeguard those children involved and stop them from being taken away or hidden until a proper decision was made.
The lawyer stated that this was done to protect their well-being and ensure they were not moved out of sight beforehand.

Just days after vehemently denying Joe Jonas' estranged wife's accusations, Sophie Turner has taken legal action to bring their two children back to her native England.
Sophie had accused the Jonas Brothers member of withholding their children's passports and refusing to allow them to visit her in Britain. Thursday saw Sophie file a lawsuit to reunite their children with their mother in England.
In response to the news, a spokesperson for Joe stated that he aimed toward an arrangement of "shared parenting" with the "Game Of Thrones" actress and proclaimed that the children were never abducted.
