Not everyone is a fan of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's rumored romance.
Due to the extreme exposure of Travis and Swift's dating rumors, some started thinking that the NFL was using the "August" singer to gain more audience. Although neither of the two has confirmed their real score, people do their best to protect what the duo has.
Donna Kelce Shoos Haters
On the Friday episode 6 of "Got It From My Momma" podcast (via Entertainment Tonight), Donna Kelce said she was not prepared for the attention and fan frenzy after spending some time with Swift.
The matriarch already met with the singer when Swift watched the Kansas City Chiefs and Chicago Bears game and during the October 1 game with the New York Jets.
She also used Swift's song, "Shake It Off," to brush off negativity surrounding the romance and her interactions with the "Lavender Haze" singer.
"I think probably 'Shake It Off,'" she said. "We're getting a lot of that lately, about haters."
Sources said the "Anti-Hero" singer has already received "a stamp of approval" following her recent outings with the Kelces. An insider told People that Donna is enjoying her time with Swift and likes her because she is "very sweet and down to earth."
A separate insider told Daily Mail that Donna loves to see her kids happy as she wants the best for them.
"As the last several weeks have gone on with all that is happening with Taylor and her son, she thinks that Taylor is as lovely of a person as one could be," the source continued. "She wants Travis to be happy, and Taylor has been such an amazing person to Donna and they both have a genuine affection for each other."
The matriarch reportedly looks forward to getting to know Swift more and more.
Donna has been supportive of her kids, especially in their chosen field. She recently traveled from Philadelphia to New Jersey to watch her older son Jason Kelce play during his team's game with the Washington Commanders.
She also referenced a viral Swift meme to caption her selfie with actor Kevin Miles, writing, "No 'seemingly ranch' available at the Linc."
