After Drake seemed to make several jabs at the singer in the biting lyrics of his recently released song "Fear Of Heights," Rihanna's choreographer has defended the artist. Before him though, RiRi's horde of fans already claimed Drake is demented for doing this.

From 2009 through 2018, there were intermittent reports of a romantic relationship between the 35-year-old Umbrella hitmaker and the 36-year-old rapper. Following their breakup, there have been claims that Drake was unable to move on from his ex.

However, Drake sneered on his new song, "Why do they make it sound like I'm still hung up on you?" to demonstrate that he had moved on.

That is not possible. 'Gyal can't ruin me,' he continued, seeming like a jab at Rihanna's Barbados accent. He made disparaging remarks about how "the sex was average with you" throughout the song, seemingly even criticizing her current romance with A$AP Rocky.

Drake raps, "Better him than me, better it's not me. Yeah, that man, he still with you. He can't leave you. Y'all go on vacation, I bet it's Antilles." In actuality, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have taken several trips to Barbados as a pair while vacationing in the Lesser Antilles.

Drake reportedly stated that A$AP Rocky "can't leave" her. This could be explained by the fact that the couple has since welcomed two children into the world together. Drake yells, "I'm anti, I'm anti," elsewhere in Fear Of Heights, maybe alluding to Rihanna's most recent album Anti, which was released in 2016.

He lashes out at his ex, who isn't identified in the song, spitting profanity afterward, saying, "And I had way badder b****es than you, TBH." Dancer Parris Goebel, who has regularly worked with Rihanna and choreographed her Super Bowl halftime show, spoke up for her even though the singer hasn't responded to the "diss track."

A vintage photo of Drake leaning in to kiss Rihanna at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards was shared by Parris on her Instagram Stories. Seven years ago, when Drake declared his love for Rihanna while giving her the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, the event went global. "She's someone I've been in love with since I was 22 years old," he continued, addressing the crowd.

He said Rihanna is without a doubt one of her closest pals. Despite the fact that she is younger than him, he has looked up to her my entire adult life.

Drake then seemed to reach in to give Rihanna a real kiss on the cheek as she won the prize, but she backed away and uttered something incomprehensible. When Rihanna turned down his kiss at the VMAs in 2018, she talked to Vogue about their romance. The most uncomfortable thing, she admitted, was definitely having to wait through that speech. She said she disliked being criticized and receiving too many accolades.

She then added: 'We don't have a friendship now, but we're not enemies either. It is what it is.' 2009 saw the first sighting of Drake and Rihanna sharing kisses, soon after the singer's breakup from Chris Brown, who had battered her so severely that she needed hospitalization. In the end, Rihanna had a brief reunion with Chris and insisted publicly that Drake and she were just pals.
