The aspiring singer said she feels angry, "traumatized,"
In a new interview, Emma Gibson stressed since R&B superstar Jason Derulo has denied all of her claims, which she thinks will ruin her career because she turned down his approaches.
She, 25, filed a lawsuit against the Whatcha Say singer in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
She claimed in the lawsuit that he became distant from her after she refused to spend time with him or partake in alcohol.
She also claimed that he frequently chastised her in front of the production crew and once became enraged with her in front of her 47-year-old mother Sandra. Ron Zambrano, her attorney, claims that this amounts to "quid pro quo sexual assault" and has severely harmed his client.
In a rare interview, Gibson-who also goes by Emaza Dilan-expressed her happiness at being contacted in August 2021 by 34-year-old TikTok sensation Derulo with the prospect of a solo record deal.
The agreement called for an album within six months and a single with Derulo within four. However, she claims that after telling him that she would not pursue her music career in any way "that goes against my morals," things quickly went south, and the story finished with him blanking her and her contract being cancelled in September of last year. "I've been under a lot of stress," she remarked. I need to go to counseling right now. Being among men bothers me.
Gibson's charges have all been refuted by Derulo, who has described them as "false and hurtful."

In a video posted on his Instagram page, he declared, "I stand against all forms of harassment and I remain supportive of anybody following their dreams." He went on, "I've always tried to live my life in a way that has a positive impact, so I sit here before you deeply offended by these defamatory claims."
However, Gibson affirmed in the interview that the claims made in her lawsuit are accurate. "I feel intimidated," she murmured. "I am hurting." I've been unable to move forward. He has fulfilled his promise to me by going on The Voice, doing a tour, and accomplishing all the other things. She trailed off before finishing, saying, "Everything that I worked so hard for was taken from me, and for him to go online and say and deny everything..." "I don't anticipate him making any admissions."
One might assume that he was thinking, perhaps, that anything he said or did wasn't quite understood. "He's not even taking responsibility for that or acknowledging it."
She explained that many ladies have terrifying stories of going through similar experiences to what she was going through at the moment. It's simply really frightening to speak up at all, she added.
She also said she's exhausted and she has had enough as she has been crying for months.
