Following a recent brawl in Nashville, members of Atlanta trio Migos allegedly used two rifles to rob concert promoters.
According to KFVS, the CBS affiliate in Evansville, Indiana, the group was set to perform at the Coliseum Sunday night but the show never happened.
41 South, the entertainment company responsible for booking the Migos, says they paid $11,000 upfront to the group. The remaining $10,000 was going to be given to them on the evening of their performance, as reported by HipHopDX.
Police reports indicate the show never happened because the group took the money and left. Organizers say they attempted to stop Migos from leaving and the group pointed two rifles at them in return.
As previously reported, video of the group engaged in a brawl hit the internet after a club appearance in Nashville. The group came to blows with a man who presumably tried to steal one of their chains at Club Limelight.
Needless to say, he was unsuccessful in his attempt.
Aside from their reportedly rambunctious club appearances, Migos are gearing up for the premiere of their forthcoming trap musical titled Bando, inspired by Jay Z's 1998 musical film Streets Is Watching.
Bando portrays the lives of the three young rappers and their ultimate rise to fame. The film will highlight all of the trials and tribulations they had to go through to make it to the top of the game. The mini movie was directed by Rik Cordero and produced by Quality Control Music.
Migos are also up for three BET Hip-Hop Awards. They are nominated for the Who Blew Up Award, Best Club Banger for "Fight Night," and Best Mixtape for No Label 2.
No word on arrests for the alleged robbery.
