S Club reclaimed the Brit Award.
After going through a difficult period, Paul Cattermole sold on eBay for £66,100 (roughly $81800 USD) to leave a meaningful legacy for his family.
Paul, who shared the 2002 Best Newcomer trophy with the band, sold the trophy for an incredible sum in 2018 due to an unfortunate accident he sustained while doing a show at The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which prevented him from finding employment.
Seven months after the vocalist tragically passed away at the age of 46 from natural causes, Paul's brother Colin shared on Instagram that he saw the band play at The 02 and was blown away when he was given the exact award Paul sold.
Colin wrote that this event was not only bizarre and emotional for him but also for his other brother, his wife, and Paul's closest friends who enjoyed the evening with them. Colin proudly posed with his late sibling's gong.

He shared that they were able to share heartfelt reunion with the band backstage after the event. The band reportedly surprised them by bringing back his brother's Brit Award, which they gave to the family as a kind gesture.
He added that it is a great honor to hold the trophy, which represents his brother's extraordinary work ethic and commitment to his trade.
These instances highlight the lasting influence of music and art in honoring their loved ones' memories and commemorating their contributions to the world.
Lead singer Jo O'Meara left a heart-shaped remark on Colin's post, showing her appreciation.
Paul discussed his decision to sell the honor before his untimely demise. During his spell, he disclosed to NME a dark time that caused it all. He lost his job in the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Paul shared, "There an un-choreographed bit of dancing and someone fell on me. I was out of the show for about two months. My back has gone - it hasn't been right since." "Things just haven't gone well (in terms of finding work) with that injury. Four days from it going up, it hadn't really moved much from around £3,000. And then it went to £9,000. Within the space of an hour, it went up to £60,000," he added.
