Katy Perry Branded a Hypocrite for Doing This After Hungover Comments

Katy Perry left a bitter taste in people's mouths for being a hypocrite.

On Saturday, November 4, Perry marked the final night of her Las Vegas residency and offered the attendees some words of wisdom. She revealed that she changed her partying ways since becoming a mother to Daisy Dove, her daughter with Orlando Bloom.

Katy Perry Blasted Over Hypocrite Statement

Per Perry, it would be shameful to be hungover in front of children.

"It's shameful to be hungover with your kids. I just hear, 'Wake up mum let's watch Minions!'" she said. "Now I am 39, if I drink more than two drinks, then the next day... bad times. I am reevaluating my whole life the next day."

However, the "The One That Got Away" singer broke her own statement when she and Bloom partied all night at XS Nightclub alongside Drew Taggart and Alex Pall. Photos and videos from the party showed the mom-of-one passing out shots of tequila as they marked the celebration until 3 a.m.

According to a source, Perry was in "full celebration mode" that she showed off her fun personality while posing happily in front of cameras and hanging out with everyone else.

Katy Perry Has a Long List of Controversies

Before the recent event, Perry had already been called out several times due to her other hypocrite moves.

In April, she marked an outing in Montecito, Calif., while wearing a gray sweatshirt, joggers and a hat with the text, "MAMA."

"American Idol" viewers immediately slammed the "California Gurls" hitmaker since, at that time, she mom-shamed Sarah Beth Liebe - one of the contestants who eventually quit during her second audition.

"Shame on you for mom shaming contestant Christian mom Sara Beth for putting her kids and family first over music and money," one said. "You are the biggest hypocrite. You're trash, Katy Perry."

"To hell with Katy Perry & all of her liberal,Hollywood, types ! They can't appreciate the hard work & devotion it takes to raise a young family without a surrogate & babysitters ! She can wear a Mama hat all she wants,it's all bulls**t ! ! !," another tweeted.

Perry infamously told the hopeful that she might need to leave if she had a different dream after Liebe told the judges that she had only been taking music seriously months before her audition.
