Gossip page Deuxmoi is under hot water following their recent blind item about Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn having an alleged "secret wedding or ceremony."
"She DID have a ceremony either 2020 or 2021 in the UK," Deuxmoi wrote on Instagram Story in response to an anonymous message sent to their account.
"It was described to me as a 'marriage' by more than one person. It was NEVER made legal.
"I will die on this hill. Put it on my tombstone! I have no reason to lie, I could give a s**t what she does, I'm sorry she didn't tell."
The "Anti-Hero" singer's longtime publicist, Tree Paine, took to social media to shut down the rumor and addressed Deuxmoi directly.
"Enough is enough with these fabricated lies about Taylor from Deuxmoi. There was NEVER a marriage or ceremony of ANY kind.
"This is an insane thing to post. It's time for you to be held accountable for the pain and trauma you cause with posts like this," Paine wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter).
Taylor Swift's Publist Comes After Deuxmoi
Deuxmoi is a gossip page run by an anonymous individual who shares unverified information about celebrities from unnamed sources in the music and film industry.
They have been running the account since 2020, and have gained a huge following since then; however, there have been several instances wherein their information has been questioned and denounced by the celebrities they write or talk about.
Swiftes expressed their excitement and happiness following Paine's statement; "Deuxmoi finally getting called out by industry workers... TREE PAINE GAGGED THEM!"
"Deuxmoi start counting your days," another added.
"IDK why everyone's obsessed with Deuxmoi, they're just a cheap version of gossip girl riding off the internet hype from sharing false and unreliable rumors. these type of 'tea' accounts need to go."
One question lingered at the back of netizens' minds: can Swift sue Deuxmoi?
As of this writing, it is unclear whether the "Bejeweled" singer is planning legal action against the gossip account, but fans are already counting on it.

Deuxmoi Responds to Taylor Swift's Publicist
Shortly after Paine called out the gossip page online, Dexumoi shared another Instagram Story in response.
"Well, I make zero dollars from lying... Can publicists say the same," Deuxmoi wrote with a shrugging emoji.
"Also, to relate something that is in reference to something that happened years ago to 'pain and trauma' after that happened seems like a poor choice of words. Either way, I apologize to Taylor."
