Conan Gray previewed his upcoming album to his fans during a secret listening session, and fans are already losing their minds.

According to Pop Base, the "Heather" singer hosted an intimate get-together with his fans as he geared up to release his upcoming album on Tuesday evening.

There is minimal information about the new album or what direction Gray might be stirring his new project to, after the release of his debut album "Kid Krow" and "Superache."

Netizens expressed their mixed feelings regarding the upcoming release on X (formerly known as Twitter).

"And he didn't invite me?!" A fan wrote, referring to the secret listening party.

"This might be his best album."

"I was at the secret listening session," another added. "The album is really good."

Meanwhile, there were others who accused Gray of copying Taylor Swift and her secret sessions with fans; she stopped doing those after the release of "Reputation" in 2017.

"He's trying to be Taylor so bad," one wrote.

"2 people moved."

"3 attendees."

Conan Gray Ushers In New Music Era

The "Manic" singer ushered his fans into a new era of his music with the release of his new single "Killing Me."

According to reports, Gray worked with one of pop music's greatest and beloved producers, Max Martin for the new single, which was released in October.

"I wrote 'Killing Me' while I was sick with the flu. It was a miserable time where I was both physically sick, but also super heartbroken over somebody. Hence, 'you're KILLING me,'" Gray said about the song.

"I think we all have those people who don't treat us nearly well enough, but we just can't seem to let them go. People who call you at 2AM, and who you know you shouldn't pick up......but you do.

"'Killing Me' is for when you're on your last limb begging this person to just please stop torturing your heart."

Another single that will most likely be a part of the singer's upcoming album is "Never Ending Song," which was also produced by Martin and "Winner."
