Lady Gaga Promises To Stay Clothed In Middle East During Dubai Show, Claims ‘It’s Important To Respect Other Cultures’

For those hoping to see Lady Gaga shed those clothes and bare some skin for her upcoming show in Dubai, it looks like you're going to be heavily disappointed.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the "Born This Way" singer has promised not to don any revealing outfits during her ArtRave: The Art Pop Ball tour show in Dubai tomorrow night (Sept. 10).

After landing at Dubai International Airport, Gaga participated in a small press conference. During such, the artist noted that she respects the Middle Eastern culture and that "this show will be appropriate for all the fans here in Dubai."

She added, "I know there are some artists that are very strict about their policies of adhering to their art and not compromising, but I actually think it's important to respect other cultures and not force them to adhere to the beliefs of your own country."

Her comments go on to state that doing so allows for a better connection between the people.

Sticking true to her statements, Gaga arrived at the airport in a floor-length gown that was crafted by a Dubai-based designer.

We're not so sure what "Do What U Want" is going to be like with a fully clothed Gaga, but we're pretty excited to see! The singer's Dubai show will be tomorrow night (Sept. 10) at the Meydan Racecourse, her first ever performance in the United Arab Emirates.

Aside from touring the world, Gaga is about to show her jazz legs with the upcoming release of Cheek to Cheek, an all-jazz duets album she did with legendary crooner Tony Bennett. The album drops this coming Sept. 19.
