An analyst branded Taylor Swift a "distraction" who caused the Kansas City Chiefs' loss in the team's game against the Las Vegas Raiders.

On Monday, December 25, Travis Kelce's team was beaten at the Arrowhead Stadium after the Raiders dominated the game in a 20-14 score. It became the team's sixth defeat, showing its struggles to hit the top after becoming the Super Bowl champion.

Swift attended the game, as well, and it led an analyst to call her a "distraction" in Kansas City Chief's game.

Is Taylor Swift Affecting Kansas City Chiefs' Games?

The Sun quoted Fox Sports analyst Skip Bayless' social media post about Swift, commenting on her effect on the Kansas City Chiefs players' performance.

"Feels like it's about time to call Taylor Swift a distraction," he said. "What do you think, Patrick? Andy? How about you, Travis?"

But Patrick Mahomes previously welcomed Swift and called her part of the Kansas City Chiefs team. He told CBS Mornings how cool the "Lover" singer is and how he saw it when Kelce brought her around, labeling her a "top-tier" at her profession.

He added that the team stayed away and let Kelce do what he wanted to do amid their budding romance.

On the other hand, Kelce expressed his disappointment after the Christmas Day "embarrassing" defeat.

"We literally played Santa and gave them a present," he said. "That was embarrassing. Everybody in the building knows how embarrassing that was. We got a short week so we're going to forget about this s--- real quick. It's a f------ frustrating experience right now and every single day we're trying to fix it. I promise you guys."

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end noted how the team played offense while putting the defense. Despite having the team he needed, the team still did not see things go their way.

Despite losing the game, Kelce walked with Swift hand-in-hand as they made their way down the stadium's hallway.

Kansas City Star photojournalist Nick Wagner shared a photo of the duo on his Instagram page, writing, "Spent my Christmas waiting for these two lovebirds."
