In a recent Instagram post, Bebe Rexha attacked people who body shame others.

She said in 2024 more than ever, fat and skinny shaming cause pain and reinforce negative stereotypes.

The crooner continued by saying that nobody ever knows what someone else is going through and that they can be eating too much to feel in control of their lives or too little to cope.

She also emphasized to the audience that being "healthy" is more important than appearance.

Rexha concluded by urging people to "spread more love and compassion" and to be kind to one another.

She was spotted at St. Barts this week as well, sporting a see-through black dress that exposed her bikini and making her look like a Hollywood pinup.

During her winter holiday, she walked on the immaculate white sand beach with her hair pulled back and her large sunglasses on.

Over the past ten years, the beauty has fluctuated in weight and has boldly advocated for herself.

She previously stated that she has "no expectations" of winning a Grammy.

The singer and David Guetta are up for Best Pop Dance Recording Grammy together for their song "One in a Million," but Bebe isn't getting ahead of herself after missing out on a gong in the past.

She said to PEOPLE, "I got really bummed out. I told myself, 'If I do not win for 'Meant to Be', I really do not think I'll ever win a Grammy for anything else."

She added, "Ever since then, what I'm trying to get to is having no expectations."

Still, Bebe is naturally thrilled to have been nominated for a Grammy. The singer also feels that she has a "very special connection" with David.

"Since then, I've been aiming to achieve having no expectations," she shared.

Bebe, who previously had a Grammy nomination for her 2022 song "I'm Good (Blue)" with David, said: "Every time I receive a nomination, it's like a pinch-me moment." It demonstrates that, musically speaking, he and I do indeed share a really unique relationship.

Bebe and David, both 56, have collaborated for many years.

"Every time I'm nominated, it's kind of a pinch-me moment. It shows that he and I really do have a very special connection, musically."

Additionally, the singer recalls being "really nervous" before their very first meeting.

"I got in, and he played me an idea, and he said, 'I have this song that I worked on with Ester Dean, and I'm missing a pre-hook or a hook.' And I was like, 'Say less'. David walked in 30 minutes later, ['Hey Mama'] was done, and he was going crazy. It was a very surreal moment."

Bebe, meanwhile, recently disclosed that although though she didn't win a Grammy, she still "celebrated."

In 2023, she told PEOPLE, "When I got nominated for the Grammy, my brother showed up that night. Obviously I didn't win, but he was like, 'I wanted to show up anyway just in case,' and we still celebrated. It was such a fun moment.'"
