Lil Nas X New Song 'J Christ', ''1-800-CALL-GOD'
According to Lil Nas X, he is creating a gospel record with "J Christ." He kept on insisting that his new music wouldn't make fun of it, but rather would actually live up to the expectations. (via Uproxx)
He posted a 45-second snippet of his new song, '1-800-CALL-GOD' on Instagram, containing the lyrics:
"Yuh, I'm way too grateful for it
I go the limits to keep every acre, Lord
I'll bend over backwards to pave the way forth
I'll go out of my way to make a way, lord
Huh, oh man, God damn
It's just me and myself and these verses
Me and my faith verses, them generational curses
Me and my faith verses, well, whatever emerges
You can't just get this sh*t from walkin' inside of them churches
Oh man, I've seen it all even though I didn't
I give my all the best stars, all you n****s just wishin'
I'm Star Walkin' like the lights in my roof
Know who I was, now I finally got the proof
I said 'I love you' to myself, I love you too! (I love you too!)"
Lil Nas X clapped back on his haters, saying that "i like how the world decided i am mocking, when i literally have been working on a gospel album??"
Meanwhile, sentiments against Lil Nas X on social media grow stronger by the hour.

Lil Nas X Unoriginal, Offensive?
Over on Reddit, people couldn't help but call out Lil Nas X for his rather repetitive idea of making a controversial remark to attract publicty and buzz on his music.
"I like him and his music but it is a bit annoying when he does something he obviously knows is gonna be controversial and then acts surprised when some people are mad... it's like a thing where he pisses off a certain group of people on purpose and then gets mad at them for being mad and then uses their anger as part of the promotion, I dunno it's just kinda weird to me lol," a user pointed out.
Meanwhile, on Twitter, someone said:
"I hate it when people disrespect other people's beliefs especially religion, but it truly seems like Lil Nas X targets Christianity. He wouldn't dare pull any stunts with Islam. He is the most hypocritical and unoriginal person. He can't get views without disrespecting others"
