• Afton Burton Wanted to Marry Charles Manson To Profit off of His Corpse!

We heard awhile ago that 80-year-old Charles Manson was actually engaged to a woman named Afton Burton, a 27-year-old that the convicted murder had renamed, "Star". She had reportedly moved halfway across the country to be closer to Manson and had told the press that the two of them were engaged. Burton even filed for a marriage license last November but the odd couple never swapped those vows before the license expired. We're hearing that Burton wanted a big payday more than anything else and Manson caught on.
  • 'RHOA's' Apollo Nida Claims That Phaedra Parks Was Cheating Before He Went to Prison

The season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta that's currently airing is giving fans a front row seat to watch the unraveling of Phaedra Parks' marriage to Apollo Nida. It's one thing to hear rumors of him threatening to burn down their family before he ultimately turned himself in to begin serving a long prison sentence, it's another to actually see the felon in action. There have been moments in recent weeks when Parks appeared afraid of Nida, but none like on last nights' episode when she and her sons fled their home.
  • Lester Holt Is Being Prepped to Take Over for Brian Williams -- Permanently

As Brian Williams's credibility continues to crash and burn at NBC News, the network desperately needs someone to step up and reassure viewers that it is credible, and right now the best man for the job is Lester Holt. His on-air presence is calm yet rock solid. He has filled in for nearly everyone in his 15 years at the network, including Williams, and his way of delivering the news reeks of credibility and certainty. Holt is certainly the man who can keep "NBC Nightly News" afloat while the network decides what to do with Williams and what seems to be quickly turning into a repeated problem with "misremembering" particular events. Holt is being prepped to take over for Williams permanently.
  • Kerry Washington Loves the Conversation That Her New 'In Style' Cover Has Started

Kerry Washington has a legion of fans that not only love her work as Olivia Pope on ABC's Scandal, but they are also quick to rush to her defense the second they think she is not being treated well. The actress graces the March cover of In Style magazine and gives an incredible interview within its pages, but unfortunately there is something quite off about the cover. It looks like Washington's skin had been digitally lightened and her fans reacted with outrage. Always gracious, Washington has managed to maneuver through the negativity and has emerged grateful for the conversation the cover has started.
  • Melanie Griffith Will Not Be Seeing Her Daughter Dakota Johnson in 'Fifty Shades of Grey'

Finally, after what seems like an eternity of build-up, "Fifty Shades of Grey" is set to premiere in theaters this week. You know what that means, right? Tons of press and publicity for Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson, who star as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele in the film adaptation, as if the year or so leading up to it has not had enough already. While women everywhere might be planning to high-tail it to theaters this weekend, there is one person who will not be seeing this film ever. That would be Melanie Griffith, Johnson's mother.
  • Courtney B. Vance Joins Cast of 'American Crime Story: The People V. O.J. Simpson' as Johnnie Cochran

Courtney B. Vance has just signed on the dotted line to portray Johnnie Cochran in "American Crime Story: The People V. O.J. Simpson." Ryan Murphy announced last year that "ACS" will mirror his mega-successful "American Horror Story" in that it will focus on telling one complete story per season. Since the O.J. Simpson trial is still often referred to as the "trial of the century," there is probably no better starting place for Murphy than with this case. Casting Vance may be one of the most brilliant moves that the popular director/producer has ever made.
  • Kris Jenner Knew Bruce Jenner Struggled With His Sexual Identity, Insisted They Cover It Up

Bruce Jenner is reportedly really struggling with all the chaos and extreme upset swirling around him. We already told you about the accident on the Pacific Coast Highway Saturday, Feb. 7, that he was involved in that ultimately resulted in the death of his former Calabasas neighbor. The four-car wreck has left the Olympic champion visibly shaken and upset. This comes on the heels of spending weeks under a microscope in the press because his gender reassignment transformation has been solidly confirmed. Unfortunately, his ex-wife Kris Jenner not only knew that Bruce struggled with his sexual identity, but she insisted they cover it up.
  • Rosie O'Donnell Calls Brian Williams a 'Liar' While Presenting an Award to HBO Honcho

The story about Brian Williams admitting that he "misremembered" whether or not he was in a chopper hit by a grenade in Iraq in 2003 has taken on a life of its own in recent days, hasn't it? Not only is that one account being disputed, but apparently Williams has enjoyed painting himself as a hero quite often, so NBC News is looking into many of the reports he has filed to fact check him. In the meantime, the "NBC Nightly News" anchor has willingly opted to take an open-ended leave of absence, according to CNN, but the longer he is gone, the worse it will look for his future with the network. Everyone has been weighing in on Williams becoming part of the news, including fellow headline-grabber Rosie O'Donnell, who called him a "liar" while presenting an award to an HBO honcho.
  • Police Investigating a Violent Altercation and Cover-Up Before Bobbi Kristina Was Found

Last night may have been the biggest night of the year for the music industry, but Grammy celebrations were made a bit more somber due to the fact that Whitney Houston's only child, Bobbi Kristina Brown, remains hospitalized in a medically induced coma. In recent days, a criminal investigation has been launched to see if foul play was involved in her ultimately ending up unresponsive in the intensive care unit, mainly because of unexplained injuries on the 21-year-old's body. Her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, remains at the center of the investigation, and many close to the couple have said that their relationship often turned violent. Police are currently investigating whether or not there was a violent altercation and cover-up before Bobbi Kristina was found.

  • ABC News is Happy to See Rosie O'Donnell Leave 'The View', Blames Her for Dismal Ratings

We recently told you guys that Rosie O'Donnell has decided to pull the plug on her second stint as a co-host on ABC's The View just a few short months after joining the daily chatfest. She initially chalked up her departure to being needed at home to care for her kids after splitting with her wife, Michelle Rounds, but anyone that has caught the show recently knows that O'Donnell has been feuding with Whoopi Goldberg. They agree on virtually nothing and have never found a way to be okay with each other while holding opposing opinions, so the result is an enormous amount of strain on the entire production.
