Erica Mena is a major reason why people tune in to watch "Love & Hip Hop" on VH1. She is a walking combo platter of tough-talking chick and somewhat broken little girl all in one, and watching Mena in action on "LHH" never gets old. The current season is showing her split from Cyn Santana, but in reality it is a relationship that ended a while ago and she has not only moved on but is planning a wedding to and babies with Bow Wow that is scheduled for this coming April. When the couple got together, things seemed to move really fast, but in a recent interview Mena is reminding fans that real time and edited reality TV are not one and the same. -
Kim Kardashian Claims That She 'Bought' Her Sister Kourtney a Career
Kim and Kourtney Kardashian do not always get along. Anyone who has tuned in to an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" has likely seen them clash, mainly because, at root, the sisters are two different people. Kim is all about fame and looking the part while Kourtney is more an earth mother who she tends to back away from fame in favor of her kids. The trailer for the new season of the reality show dropped, and in it Kim is being more disrespectful than ever to her big sister.During one exchange caught on camera, Kim claims she is not buying Kourtney shoes because "I bought her a f--king career!"Leave it to Kim to think her sister's success is because of her help, right? If you think back to when we first started to pay attention to this family seven to eight years ago, it was Kourtney who was entrenched in running their Dash stores. While Kim has just wanted to look good, Kourtney has always actually worked in order to succeed, so for her to try and say she bought her sister's career is ridiculous. There is probably a lot more going on between these two than they actually allow the cameras to see. We recently learned that Kim was struggling to get pregnant with baby No. 2 and she was resenting the fact that her sister just had a third child with her loser baby daddy Scott Disick.Plus, Kourtney does not respect her sister's parenting style. She has insinuated about how ridiculous it is to take a 9-month-old baby to fashion week shows and use North West like an accessory to her outfits whenever she parades her around. -
The Late Diem Brown Wanted to Win Final MTV 'Challenge' for Money to Start a Family Via a Surrogate
The death of Diem Brown in November seemed to really strike a nerve with a lot of people. She had risen to fame on MTV's "The Challenge" series and competed in several seasons. Almost from the moment Brown was introduced to viewers we knew she had cancer. She seemed to successfully beat it twice before getting sick all over again last August while filming "The Challenge: Battle of the Exes 2." Last night's premiere of the show, Jan. 6, was sad because Brown and her costar Ryan Knight have died since filming. What is really bittersweet was the motivation behind why Brown wanted to not only compete on the show again, but win the cash prize, she wanted to finally start a family at age 34."If I won this money, it would be my fairy tale dream. I know people are sick of me talking about cancer, trust me, I was sick of living with cancer. But it did change my life. They had to remove my ovaries, and if I'm going to have kids, I need a surrogate. I have to pay anywhere from $20,000 to $30,000 per kid, so winning this prize, I could have four kids in the oven at the same time and get back on track and start my life," explained Brown. -
'RHOA's' Apollo Nida Refuses to Take Responsibility for Criminal Activities, Instead Selfishly Blames Phaedra Parks for Ruined Marriage
Fans of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" were thrilled to see the show return for a seventh season last night on Bravo. One of the biggest storylines this season will likely be Phaedra Parks dealing with the fact that her husband, Apollo Nida, has been locked up for eight years on a slew of fraud and identity theft charges. In last night's premiere, Nida claimed his mistakes were fixable and absolutely flipped on Parks for not being there to support him.Nida refuses to take responsibility for his criminal activities and selfishly blames Parks for their ruined marriage. Rather than attend Nida's sentencing date, Parks instead took the couple's two young sons and stayed at a hotel until the chaos settled. She knew her being in court was not going to change the outcome and in the meantime she did not want the media attention disrupting her children. When Parks returned to the family home a few days later, Nida went off on her for not being a good wife and standing by him no matter what. -
Jessica Biel Rumored To Be Rocking A Baby Bump In Australia While Justin Timberlake Continues World Tour
Jessica Biel has caught lots of flack in the last year for rarely appearing in public with her husband, Justin Timberlake. As he cleaned house on the awards show circuit last winter she never once set foot on a red carpet to support her man which lead to speculation that the new marriage was already on the rocks. Biel has also never directly addressed the rumors of Timberlake's infidelity with a back up dancer last summer either but when she turned up in Sydney, Australia last week for a vacation she turned many heads because Biel appears to be sporting a baby bump. -
