• 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Sues Bankruptcy Attorney James Kridel, Blames Him for Jail Sentence

    Remember how Teresa Giudice stood before the judge in open court in early October and said she was ready to take full responsibility for her bad business decisions that resulted in her and husband Joe Giudice defrauding just about every business partner they have had in the last several years? Well, scratch that because it looks like Teresa was more interested in saying the right thing in the hopes of getting out of a prison stint. It did not work, as "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is expected to turn herself in to begin serving 15 months Jan. 5, but she has decided to play the blame game before she goes away.Teresa has filed a $5 million lawsuit against her bankruptcy attorney James Kridel, basically blaming his ineptness for her being sentenced to prison. A list of assets had been requested by the court, and while it was submitted — late — it was also missing numerous things, such as property and luxury items owned by the Giudices. When they arrived for sentencing in October, they were vilified for not reporting everything and concealing assets right up to the end, which may have been the thing that prompted the judge to throw the proverbial book at Teresa.It is also a convenient way for the reality star to shift the blame onto someone other than herself, and that is exactly what she is attempting to do with Kridel. Plus, she is now broke and still has to pay back more than $200,000 in restitution as part of her sentencing, so Teresa is really desperate to generate cash flow from wherever she can, and she knows that her options are limited.

    Bravo has been pretty smart in the way it has handled the newest season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Rinna was in on the action with the rest of the cast right from the season premiere, but it waited until the third episode for Davidson's debut.While nothing too traumatic went down last night, Dec. 2, between Davidson and anyone else, we already know from the trailer that she and Rinna have at least one glass-throwing incident and they are not exactly the best of friends at all. They crossed paths years ago on "Days of Our Lives" and clearly never gelled. It is pretty obvious already that Bravo is expecting Davidson to cause some friction among the ladies, and that seems to be a role she is already comfortable playing.

Aside from being ticked off that Goldberg is in control of the daily discussion, she has made no friends within the production crew because of her rude behavior. Supposedly, people connected to the show have attempted to talk things out with O'Donnell, but that has gotten them nowhere. She is reportedly depressed, leaving some to wonder if she will even bother to finish out the entire season.Some of the conflict between O'Donnell and Goldberg has stemmed from the fact that Goldberg has purposely avoided discussion of controversial topics, such as the rape allegations against Bill Cosby. Since "The View" is now technically a part of ABC News, then there is an expectation that such headline-grabbing subjects would be fair game, but the more O'Donnell pushes for that, the faster Goldberg seems to dismiss her thoughts.

A few weeks ago, he gave a five-hour presentation to NBC News head Deborah Furness, and in the end Horowitz was out of a job instead of anyone else.News leaked out recently that Natalie Morales and Willie Geist had been fired by NBC, and while those reports were later discredited, that is exactly part of what Horowitz had in mind. He also wanted Matt Lauer's co-host, Savannah Guthrie, let go to make room for Hoda Kotb instead, and if you are a fan of Al Roker, then you would have been out of luck because Horowitz would have fired him as well.

Midway through, they brought Jacqueline Laurita back in a desperate attempt to get former fans to tune back in, and they realize that for the show to have any chance of pulling decent numbers, they need a favorite like Manzo back in the fold.Teresa Giudice used to be the glue that held "RHONJ" together, and viewers loved the havoc she wrecked in nearly episode. There seems to be a huge difference between lying about her sister-in-law's activities and bilking people out of millions, and once it was confirmed that Giudice is a criminal, her fans became few and far between.Bravo also has to try and clean up the reputation of the show because Giudice is headed to prison, Laurita's tax evasion has been catching headlines and Joe and Melissa Gorga's business dealings are always questionable. Part of what makes Manzo so popular is that she comes across as the hardworking, Italian mother, something that is respected.According to The Hollywood Life, it looks like Manzo is a sure bet to return to the show for Season 7, especially once Giudice is in jail and the rest of the ladies are in one way or another affected by her absence.
