NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton Does Not Feel that Mayor de Blasio Has 'Blood' on His Hands
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton have worked hard today to prove to the media and general public that they are committed to repairing the deep divide in the city. Early this morning, Bratton did an interview with "Today" that seemed to try and lead the way in smoothing over tensions between his officers and those on the job at City Hall. It has been widely reported that many officers do not feel that de Blasio has had their backs thanks to recent statements he has made. While Bratton understood how some officers are feeling, he also believes de Blasio has nothing to apologize for.Bratton also went on the record to say he believes it was wrong of officers to have turned their backs purposely on de Blasio before he gave a news conference about the deaths of two Brooklyn officers Saturday, Dec. 20. Some officers have reportedly felt that de Blasio has complicated their job by allowing protestors of the deaths of Eric Garner and Michael Brown to freely roam city streets. Bratton challenged the notion that de Blasio has turned his back on the Police Department by reminding everyone that he has granted more than $400 million outside the normal budget to bolster the NYPD. -
Kourtney Kardashian Named New Son Herself Since Scott Disick Hasn't Been a Very Good Father Lately
When Kourtney Kardashian first divulged her new son's name to the world yesterday, Dec. 21, it was met with mixed reviews. Some fans seem to think that "Reign Aston Disick" is even worse than "North West," while others love the fact that she chose a unique moniker for her new baby. Perhaps no one was more shocked by his name than baby daddy Scott Disick. Apparently the couple had been contemplating honoring both of their fathers in their name choice, but in the end Kardashian nixed that completely.According to a source for Hollywood Life, Disick has not exactly been acting like a real father for the majority of Kardashian's pregnancy, and he likely enraged her by bouncing out to attend a lingerie party just a few days after his son's birth."They both fought over the name, and Scott really wanted to stick to honoring their fathers, but Kourtney got more adamant that it be unique. She also is very upset with Scott and felt that he shouldn't have final say over the name since he is not doing his part as a father. Kourtney wanted to make the name decision to really hit home with Scott and see if it makes him want to finally change and get his act together," said the source. -
Rosie O'Donnell Threatened to Quit 'The View' After Last Week's On-Air Blowout with Whoopi Goldberg
Last Thursday, Dec. 18, Rosie O'Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg had their worst clash so far on "The View." What began as a discussion about how racism is actively affecting everyday life in the U.S. turned into a shouting match with Goldberg insisting that O'Donnell had no idea what true racism really is. Of course her statements were met with complete disagreement, and it was downhill from there. Apparently things were even worse behind the scenes, and once O'Donnell heard the conversation going on off-camera, she threatened to walk.According to a report by Radar Online, O'Donnell heard the staff discussing doing a split-screen between her and Goldberg and flipped:"Rosie heard several staffers talking about using a split screen if the fighting continued when taping resumed. Rosie went absolutely ballistic, pointing out that was the reason she had quit the first time. Racism is a very serious subject, and Rosie felt that the staff of the show was trying to exploit it for ratings. Whoopi and Rosie aren't even pretending to like each other on the air. It won't be the last time they spar. Needless to say, the crew is looking forward to the Christmas break. Both of them are acting extremely immature." -
Will Rosie O'Donnell Exit 'The View' After Another Cutthroat Fight on Camera with Whoopi Goldberg?
There has been so much talk lately about Rosie O'Donnell's unhappiness on "The View," mostly because of her almost-daily clashes with Whoopi Goldberg. If you have tuned in for even only a few minutes you will realize the tension that hangs in the air between these two. A few weeks ago, rumors started swirling that O'Donnell might not even make it the entire season without quitting, and after an ugly fight on camera between the two this morning, we almost have to wonder if ABC is hoping for that to happen.O'Donnell and Goldberg have not seen eye to eye lately on issues such as the Bill Cosby scandal or the Ferguson protests, and today they clashed over racism, with Goldberg insisting that O'Donnell had no idea what it is.Both Goldberg and O'Donnell addressed each other in a heated exchange that left the other women at the roundtable unsure of what to say. -
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West at War Over Where to Spend Christmas
It is starting to seem like Kim Kardashian's life with Kanye West is little more than a series of fights that carry on from one day to the next. The couple has barely been married for more than six months, and it seems that there is rarely any good news leaking out about them! We already know they were apart for Thanksgiving, with West opting to be in Paris rather than enjoying a big meal with his wife's family. Now it seems that Christmas is turning into an ugly battle as well.Fans of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" already know that once the holidays roll around, Kris Jenner traditionally pulls out all the stops. No matter what trouble is brewing between family members, everything seems to be shelved in favor of celebrating together. Kardashian is fully intending to spend Christmas at Jenner's home and she wants little North West to be able to enjoy the holiday with her cousins, Kourtney Kardashian's kids.Unfortunately, West has a totally different plan in mind. He wants to spend the holiday in Paris with his wife and daughter, where he can celebrate without Jenner's inevitable chaos and also get some work done. According to Radar Online, Kardashian is refusing to spend Christmas anywhere but at home together with her entire family. So far she is not considering a trip to Paris, and sources say that in Kardashian's mind it is not even an option. -

Kanye West Flees to Paris After a Few Rocky Days in NYC with Kim Kardashian
It does not take much to see that the marriage of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian is already under ridiculous strain. The couple spent nearly a month apart and were even an ocean apart for the Thanksgiving holiday. West's being photographed in Paris rather than celebrating with his family led to all sorts of speculation that things are not good between them. Now we are learning that the rapper did reunite briefly with his wife before fleeing the country again.According to a report by Radar Online, Kardashian and West spent a few rocky days in New York City this past week before he left for Paris. Sources close to the couple say they have hit an incredibly rough patch, and many things are dividing them. Kardashian reportedly feels like their marriage is just a business arrangement and that West puts his new family way down on the list of priorities.Their living situation has also turned into a major bone of contention, as Kardashian has been living at her mother Kris Jenner's house for nearly two years now. Not only does the couple not have a home of their own, but West reportedly has every intention of making Paris his permanent residence next year, and little North West will be going with him. Kardashian is adamant about remaining in Los Angeles and keeping their baby with her. -
Johnny Depp is No Longer Rushing to Marry Amber Heard, Couple May Have Already Split
It sounds like wedding bells may not be in the future for Johnny Depp and Amber Heard after all. The actress was spotted wearing a huge rock at the start of this year and the couple quickly confirmed that wedding plans were in the works. Somewhere along the way things must have happened to derail the couple because various media outlets are reporting that the wedding is totally on hold and things are pretty rocky between Depp and Heard. -
Did the Kardashian Family Fake A Happy Thanksgiving Together?
It has been a year full of serious changes and transitions for the Kardashian family and momager Kris Jenner really has done her best to try and keep the family empire up and running in spite of all the chaos. Once she officially split from Bruce Jenner, it seemed like any sense of normalcy that might have existed went right out the window. Kendall and Kylie Jenner have openly struggled to be okay, Khloe and Rob Kardashian both seem fairly lost, while Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her third child in spite of her unstable relationship with Scott Disick. Kim Kardashian's business is booming, but sources say that it's at the cost of her marriage. It's a good thing that the Kardashian family all reconvened at Khloe's for Thanksgiving -- or did they? -
Kim Kardashian's Shady Behavior on Dubai Trip May Have Caused Kanye West to Skip Thanksgiving Dinner with Her Family
Remember last week when we all raised our eyebrows at the fact that Kanye West had decided not only to not spend Thanksgiving with his wife and child, but that he opted to spend it in Paris with his guy friends? Then Kim Kardashian posted some nifty tweets about how happy she was to spend the holiday with her "whole" family, making some wonder if West was no longer part of the equation. Well, we are learning a bit more now, and it seems that perhaps Kardashian's behavior on her trip to Dubai might have ticked off her husband.According to the "Examiner," Kardashian was with a rich man in Dubai for business, and when Tyrese Gibson got a little too flirtatious with her the other man had him removed from the club they were all at. The rules for appropriate behavior between men and women in public are strict in Dubai, so it was not that hard to build a case against Gibson.Ironically, West apparently had no issue allowing his wife to be a paid party escort, but he did have a real problem with her interaction with Gibson. West reportedly thinks that something might have happened between the two of them and that anger and distrust is what led him to cut out right before the holiday. -
Are Rosie O'Donnell's Days on 'The View' Already Numbered?
We recently told you how Rosie O'Donnell and Whoppi Goldberg have been clashing on nearly everything while trying to work together as co-hosts on ABC's "The View". The show has been in a total state of flux this season with Barbra Walters gone from the roundtable and two new ladies trying to find their footing behind such heavyweights as O'Donnell and Goldberg. Unfortunately, in all of the chaos the ratings have taken a significant dip and both stars are blaming each other.
