Rosie O'Donnell already knows exactly how hard it is to play nice when you purposely put several unique women together and ask them to hash out serious topics amongst themselves. Her first stint as a co-host on ABC's 'The View' didn't end well so many were shocked when her return to the show this season was confirmed. Rosie claims to have grown enough to care a little less what people think of her now but she still was quite shocked at how negative the process of casting other co-hosts ended up being.
