The mother of one of Diddy's sons unearthed never-before-seen footage of the Los Angeles raid to express her concerns over their safety.
Justin Combs' mother, Misa Hylton, shocked everyone with an Instagram video of the "overzealous" federal agents who raided one of Diddy's homes as part of an ongoing investigation involving the rapper. The dramatic event on Monday saw the authorities busting through the front door of the hip-hop star's Holmby Hills mansion, where his children, Justin and King, were present.
Misa Hylton Expresses Rage, Worry After the Raid
In the Instagram post, Misa revealed they would fight for justice by "utilizing every imaginable resource" following the harsh "propaganda."
According to Misa, her son, Justin, and Kim Porter's child, Christian, went through deplorable treatment from the feds during the search.
"If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!" Hylton continued.
She added, "Enough is Enough! Did Justin need several laser beams from firearms pointed at his chest?? Did Christian need a gun pointed at the back of his head while he was handcuffed?? How many times have we seen young UNARMED BLACK MEN not make it out of these types of situations alive??"
Following the incident, Justin's attorney - Jeffrey Lichtman - reportedly began investigating the alleged "excessive use of force."
Diddy's lawyer responded to the raids a day after, saying the federal authorities' searches in a sex trafficking investigation were "a gross use of military-level force." Attorney Aaron Dyer added they would fight to clear the rap mogul's name.
"There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated," he went on.
Why the Feds Raided the Homes Revealed
News reports confirmed that the searches were part of the ongoing s-- trafficking investigation in New York. While they disclosed the information, the officials told The Associated Press they were not authorized to publicly share details of the probe.
In the same statement, Dyer called the event an "unprecedented ambush" and a premature rush to judgment since Diddy has yet to be found guilty or criminally liable for the allegations thrown against him.
