Before Grace Kelley's arrest in Alabama for soliciting prostitution and indecent exposure, she reportedly disregarded police instructions.
Reports from law enforcement officials reveal that the 27-year-old troubled daughter of country superstar Wynonna Judd was actively seeking financial assistance near Murphy Oil and Walmart. Kelley held a bright neon sign that read "Ride 4 a Ride."
According to officers, "When talked to, she became agitated asking if she was being detained, it was not illegal to trade her body for a ride. She was told to leave the area and stop asking for money/rides."
Wynonna Judd's Troubled Daughter
Shortly after an hour had passed, the report came to the police from a staff member at a local convenience store. Officers located Kelley but showed reluctance to engage and soon started shouting at one of the officers.
The report stated, as seen by Radar Online, "She was dressed inappropriately, with a short skirt, cut up the front, a pink bra with her bare breasts exposed, the skirt was cut up to the crotch in several areas and her pink panties were pulled into her bottom and v as if a thong, which exposed her groin to the public."
An officer also said, "When she refused to cooperate, she was told she was under arrest at which point she passively resisted the officer. She sat down on the roadside edge, and refused to cooperate."
Upon encountering the authorities, Kelley confidently proclaimed, "This will be a fun court case!" as she resisted being apprehended.
Wanted In Other States
Once successfully securing Kelley in the patrol vehicle, law enforcement officials ran a check on her and discovered she was wanted on multiple warrants across Tennessee.
They made clear that they had no intention of pursuing extradition beyond state borders.
Upon arrival at the police department, the officer said Kelley would be taken to be processed.
A statement indicated that Kelley's behavior escalated again, prompting officials to transfer him directly to the Elmore County Jail without completing the booking procedure.
As highlighted in our earlier communication, Kelley was formally admitted to the Alabama jail on April 5.
Following an incident involving the daughter of the other half of The Judds, Kelley was accused of two misdemeanors: indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.
Shortly after this, law enforcement officials also included a charge of soliciting prostitution.
Kelley's encounters with law enforcement began when she was caught with methamphetamine in her possession in 2016. Following this incident, she was in trouble two years later, facing an eight-year sentence for breaching her probation terms.
