Kelly Rowland made headlines over the past few days after a heated exchange with a security guard on the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival in France. More recently, the same female staffer has been involved in another issue as she appeared to move an actress up the stairs.

In a video making rounds on social media, Dominican actress Massiel Taveras can be seen walking up the iconic Palais des Festivals staircase in a black gown and a massive white cape with a painting of Jesus Christ's face.

As she rolled out her cape, the guard approached her, but the context behind the interaction had yet to be confirmed.

Other security guards stepped in and dragged the cape for her to carry up the staircase, but the actress looked disappointed, as she wanted the portrait laid out.

The argument appeared to have gotten more heated by the time they reached the top of the staircase as Taveras waved to the crowd, but as the unnamed female staffer approached her again, the actress pushed her away.

Taveras has shared her outfit on her official Instagram account, saying that her dress was created by Gianni Naazar and the Jesus Christ portrait was painted by Yan Paez.

The actress has yet to address the incident on social media, but she took to her Instagram Stories to share an image of a Kelly Rowland report regarding her incident in the same film festival. The Dominican star wrote in the caption, "Queen," along with several emojis.

The recent news comes after the Destiny's Child member broke her silence following the incident during the premiere of Marcello Mio, during which she scolded the security personnel.

Speaking to AP News, Rowland said, "The woman knows what happened. I know what happened... I have a boundary, and I stand by those boundaries, and that is it."

The "When Love Takes Over" songstress further noted that other women on the red carpet "did not quite look like" her, but they didn't get scolded or pushed off to the side.

She concluded her interview by saying, "I stood my ground, and she felt like she had to stand hers, but I stood my ground."

As of this writing, organizers for the Cannes Film Festival have yet to issue a statement regarding the two incidents.
