Danity Kane member Aubrey O'Day revealed in a new interview that she feels "no vindication" against Diddy after his brutal assault video on Cassie Ventura was released.

Page Six talked to O'Day about her criticisms of the embattled rap mogul and asked if she feels "vindicated."

"There's no vindication for anyone to have," O'Day confirmed. "Sadly, if you're a victim of anyone at any point in time in life, this will ring true to you: There's no such thing as vindication. It never goes away. It's never better."

O'Day also added that even "when people are exposed, it doesn't take away the experience," referring to the abuse victims have suffered.

"I suppose [being vindicated] gives you more credibility. But if you believe in yourself, anyone else's belief in you doesn't really matter much anyway. So, no, I don't feel that," O'Day elaborated more on her feelings toward Diddy.

O'Day has since been very vocal about her disdain toward the "Bad Boy for Life" rapper. In the interview, she also furthered her reaction to the video of Diddy assaulting Ventura in 2016.

"Did you watch the video that was released?" she asked the outlet. "How many more of those do you think there are? Do you think that was the first time that that happened or the first person?"

Diddy then apologized for his actions and behavior in the footage in an apology video - and O'Day spared no mercy on her reaction to it.

"Diddy did not apologize to Cassie. He apologized to the world for seeing what he did. He says he's 'disgusted w himself now, and he was disgusted w himself then'.. but apparently he wasn't disgusted enough w himself to not PIN this statement out calling her a liar & denying all of it..," she said in a statement on X, formerly Twitter. "leave god and mercy out of this, they aren't present here, and you know it."

In September 2023, O'Day claimed that Diddy had asked her and her other Danity Kane members to sign a non-disparagement agreement, asking not to disparage the rapper and his label, Bad Boy Records. Danity Kane had worked with Diddy for six years, producing two platinum albums.
