Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany, have landed themselves in another controversy.

The country music singer is doubling down on his support of Donald Trump with his new "Free Trump" merchandise, which was launched following the recent guilty verdict for the former president.

The former NBA dancer wore a shirt that read "Free Trump / United We Stand" on the front for her Instagram post. Further on in the series of pictures, she is seen wearing a gray shirt that says "Free Trump" with the businessman's mugshot printed on it.

"No time like the present to rally the troops in support of The People's President," Brittany posted on Instagram, showing off their new t-shirts and baseball hats. "Now is the time to speak up or we may lose our country as we know it forever to this corrupt administration! Your purchase will help support the @realdonaldtrump campaign."

A more controversial item up for sale is their baseball hats and shirts that have an upside-down American flag printed on them. Although the image was formerly used during protests, with NPR reporting that sailors used it as "the easiest way to signal distress without having any special flag," is has now become a pro-Trump symbol.

"No thank you," a comment says of the flag photo. "And fix the flag for all of our military hero's who deserve respect!"

"Don't ever disrespect the flag millions of Americans died for bc you're mad a man was held accountable for his actions," another critic shared.

However, many came to the Aldean's defense, with one reply sharing that "everyone saying the UPSIDE-DOWN flag is DISRESPECTFUL. IT ACTUALLY A SYMBOL FOR COUNTRY IN DISTRESS. Which our country is absolutely in DISTRESS!"

Aldean has been an avid supporter of the former president throughout his time as a politician. The pair have spent time together at Mar-a-Lago, with Trump giving him some golfing tips during his most recent trip. Following the guilty verdict, the "Try That In a Small Town" singer posted the upside-down flag on his Instagram with a message of support.

"Scary times in our country right now, man. When a former POTUS gets treated like this by our justice system, what does that mean for the rest of us??? If there was ever a time to speak up, ITS NOW! Make no mistake.... We are in trouble," the "Let Your Boys Be Country" singer posted on his Instagram.

While most of his fanbase remains in the same boat as Aldean, others slammed his political beliefs. Although they are fans of his country chart-topping music, some responses to his new merchandise dismiss it as "hillbilly nonsense."

"Free Trump? He is free...what the actual hillbilly nonsense is this? I love you and Jason but honestly WTH? So because the law is upheld on a man who broke laws, y'all are going to disrespect the entire country and all those who bravely fought/fight by plastering an upside down flag on some rags? Be better," a comment under Brittany's post read.
