Jennifer Lopez is not letting go of Ben Affleck and their marriage.
Amid the months-long buzz about Lopez and Affleck's alleged marital woes, more sources spoke up about the pair's status as they have continuously dealt with the issues surrounding their marriage. While body language experts translated their recent outing as something that lacked affection, insiders said the Atlas actress has still been fighting for their union.
One source spoke with In Touch, noting that Lopez has kept her wedding ring on despite Affleck's outings sans his band.
Per the insider, the "On the Floor" singer is desperate to prove she deserves to keep her marriage to the Justice League actor after going through three divorces.
"One of the reasons she's still wearing her ring is that she's not given up on her marriage," said the source. "She loves Ben and wants to make their marriage work."
Lopez has been married thrice: the first was to Ohani Noa before her weddings to Cris Judd and Marc Anthony. She has also been engaged six times.
One of the issues in her marriage to Affleck was reportedly their lack of couple time.
Over the past few months, the 54-year-old "Let's Get Loud" hitmaker - who has since canceled her tour after her album and documentary reportedly flopped - dedicated most of her time promoting her new Netflix movie.
With her full-packed schedule, Affleck started seeing it as one of the issues in their marriage.
"There are always people around," one source told In Touch. "Jennifer has a big entourage that follows her around daily - glam squad, videographers, photographers, assistants, trainers. She's tried to make Ben understand that being Jennifer Lopez is a 24/7 job."
On the other hand, Lopez has not only been the one who wants to focus on her career.
According to another insider, even Affleck's phone constantly goes off while he has 10 producing projects lined up. He is also set to star in The Accountant 2.
"She was hoping Ben could help her in that area, that working with him would improve her standing as an actor," said the insider.
Both Affleck and Lopez have remained mum about the alleged issues surrounding them.
