Carly Pearce spoke up about the allegations that she's promoting satanism after a photo of herself trended online.

The photo in question was the one that she posted on X, formerly Twitter. In it, she is seen standing on a faded spot with a "668" marking. Since the last digit is more faded than the two previous ones, people online speculated that it was the infamous "666" marking.

Pearce clarified the confusion in a quote tweet.

"I've seen too many comments about this being some sort of "hint" towards 666 or satan to not comment. First of all, this was the parking spot for my tour bus at CMA fest & I believe it is 668," she revealed.

Pearce then made a huge confession of faith, clearing the air once and for all.

"I am a devout Christian who takes PRIDE in using my platform to point people towards JESUS. So, for anyone wondering... there are absolutely ZERO underlying messages except a girl excited to be playing the big stage," she added, adding a white heart and a praying emoji.

Pearce's fans consoled her online and were even relieved after her much-awaited clarification.

"Sweet Jesus.....do not mess with mama bear.... rule #1 in survival of the strongest....... Congrats Mam, beautiful smile and an incredible voice! Tips hat. Your story in a song mam...put a smile on a heart people recognize," one said.

"The fact that Carly even had to say this says a lot like not everything has a secret meaning people!!!" another reminded.

"I swear people look for things negative to comment about.Maybe I'm just old, but I would never even notice those numbers and if I did I would think nothing of them. We just saw you at Fan Fest and you were amazing! So fun to see you with Hardy too! Thanks for the memories!" a fan shared.

"How bizarre for anyone to say this and for anyone to jump on that bandwagon is even more wild!! Carly your fans know how amazing you are, we always got your back," a fourth person pointed out.

The clarification came weeks after she revealed on Instagram that she was diagnosed with a heart condition called Pericarditis.

Following her diagnosis, Pearce revealed that it is in her "best interest" to "alter" her shows a "little bit." While Pearce did not specifically detail which parts of her show would be different, she assured them it was done to control her heart rate during her performances.
