Following his DWI arrest, Justin Timberlake promptly contacted his tour crew, who were taken aback by the news.

The 43-year-old "Cry Me A River" singer had a conference call with his team after being released in the early hours of Tuesday morning, assuring them that his ongoing world tour would continue without disruption.

According to an insider speaking to The Sun, he held an lengthy team members who expressed concerns about the impact on the world tour, acknowledging that the incident was less than ideal.

Thie insider said that after being released on bail, Timberlake demonstrated strong leadership qualities, earning praise from his team for taking full ownership of the situation.

"He made sure that this arrest didn't create tension in the crew. He reacted like a boss, like someone who owns his stuff."

The source also added that the Friends with Benefits actor expressed remorse for diverting attention to the team, and his crew was pleased with his apology.

They reportedly acknowledged the star's regret and appreciated his words.

The source further noted that Timberlake "said sorry for bringing this kind of attention to the team," and his crew "was happy to hear what he said."

Described as being in "great spirits," the "Selfish" singer cheerfully expressed remorse to everyone with a wide grin. He then confessed to his crew that "he shouldn't have done that."

According to the source, "We are 110 percent motivated to put everything behind us and put on some fantastic shows. He is a responsible guy who made a mistake."

Scheduled for a court appearance on July 26, the Grammy award-winning artist has enlisted the expertise of attorney Ed Burke Jr. from Sag Harbor.

A recent report by the Sag Harbor, New York police department revealed that Timberlake was taken into custody early on a Tuesday morning due to the strong scent of alcohol on his breath.

After a court appearance, which resulted in a one-year driving ban in New York, he was released without bail.

Timberlake had been drinking with friends at The American Hotel bar in Sag Harbor on a Monday evening. Around 12:30 AM, he chose to take the driver's seat of his BMW X7. Witnesses observed the father of two displaying signs of instability while moving around. Additionally, he reportedly struggled during a field sobriety evaluation, leading to an unsuccessful outcome.
