In Touch Weekly obtained legal documents about Firerose's legal demands against her estranged husband, Billy Ray Cyrus.
According to the documents, Firerose revoked Cyrus's access to her bank or social media accounts. If he persisted, she would consider it a violation of her privacy, and he could be prosecuted. The complaint obtained by the outlet shows that Firerose had already filed for notice of revocation of permission.
Per the notice, Cyrus has been revoked of any prior permission to use Firerose's passwords, access her bank or social media accounts, access her devices, including her computer and cellphone, or access any areas that she considers private.
"Any use of information described above or access of any accounts, devices, or areas described above without the express written consent of Wife will be considered a violation of Wife's privacy rights. Said violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986," the complaint further read. "Additionally, any violation of T.C.A. §39-14-602(c) by a third party who aids another in "receiving, concealing, or using any proceeds resulting from a violation" of the Tennessee Personal and Commercial of 2003 will be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the law."

Cyrus quietly filed the divorce papers on May 22, 2024. According to court documents obtained by People, Cyrus listed "irreconcilable differences and inappropriate marital conduct" as the reason for their divorce. He also requested an annulment on the grounds of fraud.
On June 14, 2024, TMZ obtained legal documents showing that Firerose had spent the amount across 37 unauthorized charges during the period. Per the report, Firerose used Cyrus' business American Express card, which was revealed that she was never authorized to use or handle.
Cyrus then sought a temporary restraining order against Firerose, preventing her from using credit cards under his name. He even demanded in the filing that Firerose pay him the entire amount.
Very recently, Firerose accused Cyrus of "extreme" domestic abuse.
According to the complaint that People obtained, Firerose accused Cyrus of having substance abuse that made him "unpredictable and volatile."
"Wife was the victim of extreme verbal, emotional, and psychological abuse," the complaint read. "Wife was subjected to Husband's persistent drug use accompanied with the consumption of marijuana which made Husband unpredictable and volatile towards Wife."
