Shifty Shellshock's Tragic Final Days: Singer Reportedly Fought With Girlfriend Before Dying of Overdose

Shifty Shellshock has been making headlines over the past few days after it was reported that he passed away. More recently, details behind his final days have been revealed by the person living next to the apartment he was renting.

A man named Jason Roberts, who claimed to be his next-door neighbor at his apartment complex in Los Angeles, revealed that the musician just moved to the building a week before his tragic death.

He also revealed shocking details during his stay, saying that the Crazy Town frontman fought with his girlfriend, which forced him to move to the tiny apartment located in Koreatown after authorities got involved.

"He said he was having problems with his girlfriend or whatever and that's why he was here," Roberts told Daily Mail, adding that the musician "had to get away."

In addition, the neighbor claimed he witnessed several women going in and out of the singer's unit days before he passed away from a suspected overdose.

"One looked like a German with sparkles all over their face, so at least he had a good time. But he did look like he hadn't slept for days," he described one of the women.

According to People magazine, the musician died of an accidental overdose. In a statement made by his manager, he said: "Seth Binzer, after struggling with addiction and Crazy Town's rapid success with 'Butterfly,' never was able to reach out on a more successful level to deal with his addictions,"

He added that they all tried but ultimately failed.

"The cause of death was a combination of prescription drugs and street purchased drugs. Shifty was a friend and really wanted to get himself fixed - unfortunately no one had the exact tools to do this, myself included," he added.

Days before his death, the singer shared positive quotes about life and having a positive perspective on the future.

In one photo on his Instagram account, he wrote, "I'm a lover than a fighter ...but the one I need to love more Instead of fight with is myself .. mr shifty true Love # Sober alive and grateful."

Shifty Shellshock, whose real name is Seth Binzer, has struggled with addiction for years. He previously appeared on reality TV shows such as Sober House and Celebrity Rehab.

He became famous during his time with Crazy Town, and they rose to fame after the release of The Gift of Game.
