Fans have been waiting for Pearl Jam to take the stage and perform their biggest hits, but they were met with sad news as it has been confirmed that the group canceled a few of their upcoming concerts due to Eddie Vedder's health condition.
Taking to their official X account, formerly known as Twitter, their July 2 and 3 concerts in Berlin, Germany, have been officially canceled.
"Despite everyone's best efforts, the band has yet to make a full recovery. The impacts of this decision are not lost on us. We feel deeply that many people spend their entire time, money, and emotional energy to get tickets and then to come see the band," they wrote.
We are sorry to share that the Pearl Jam concerts scheduled for Tuesday, July 2nd and Wednesday, July 3rd in Berlin are cancelled. Tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase.

They added that the decision is heartbreaking, but they still appreciate the people who worked to make their shows possible.
"Please trust we never take these decisions lightly and try to do everything possible to show up for you all," they continued, adding that they wish a reschedule was possible for their tour leg and are still hoping to return to Berlin to perform soon.
All tickets for their canceled shows will be refunded at the point of purchase.
The recent news comes after Pearl Jam performed in Manchester on June 25, during which Eddie Vedder sounded hoarse. He later told the crowd that he fell ill after giving a fan a high-five in Dublin.
Following their canceled dates, the band will return to Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona on July 6 and 8.
