Pink was forced to cancel a major performance scheduled for Wednesday, July 3, in Bern, Switzerland.
The 44-year-old singer was set to take the stage at Stadion Wankdorf as a highlight of her Summer Carnival Tour, but her doctors advised against her performing.
According to a statement on the prompter, per News.com.au, "It is with great regret that we have to cancel Pink's concert on Wednesday, July 3, at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern."
They further revealed the real reason for the show's cancelation, saying, "Due to illness and after a thorough medical examination, the performance has to be cancelled on doctor's advice."
"Unfortunately, the concert cannot be rescheduled due to the current tour planning."
Ticketholders could reportedly have their tickets refunded at the place of purchase.
The statement further said, "We deeply regret the circumstances and thank you for your understanding. We wish Pink a speedy and full recovery."
In addition, a source close to The Sun disclosed that the mom-of-two's relentless efforts while touring have taken a toll, as her shows are known for their high energy and daring stunts.
They revealed, "This, naturally, takes a toll on her and she has been advised to take a break."
"The call to cancel the gig was a hard one for her to make because she hates letting down her fans."
The source also informed the outlet that Pink's concert in Switzerland is set to be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.
Pink is set to take the stage on Saturday, July 6, 2024, in Copenhagen, Denmark. No show cancelation for that show has been announced as of writing.

This wasn't the first time the "Don't Let Me Get Me" singer had to cancel a show.
Announcing her official social media platform on September 2023, the Grammy-award-winning singer informed her followers about a change in plans regarding her upcoming concert in Arlington, Texas. Additionally, she expressed her regret and gratitude toward her dedicated fan base.
The "Just Give Me A Reason" singer said at the time, via People magazine, " Hi everyone. I'm very sorry to report that I have come down with a bad sinus infection, and the doctor advised me not to perform tonight."
"I am so disappointed. You know I do everything in my power to never miss a show."
In October 2023, Pink said she had a "medical emergency" that led to the cancellation of her performances in the United States and Canada.
She revealed that she had to delay two shows in the city due to "family medical issues" that demanded her "immediate attention," per NBC.
Following her doctor's advice, "Just Like A Pill" hitmaker made the difficult decision to postpone her upcoming performances that time due to a respiratory infection diagnosis. Expressing her regret, the singer-songwriter conveyed that the event organizer was making efforts to reschedule the shows.
Pink started her Summer Carnival tour since June 2023. The tour continued its journey with the North American leg, Australia, and Europe and will conclude in Miami in November 2024.
