Bethenny Frankel Returning To 'The Real Housewives Of New York' For Season 7

In 2010 Bethenny Frankel announced to her fans that her stint on The Real Housewives of New York had come to an end. After a few seasons of feuding with cast members she and then-fiancé Jason Hoppy had landed a spin-off show and she also had plenty of other projects in the works. She saw no reason to return to RHONY back then but flash forward 4 years and Frankel's life is looking quite different. She has announced that when the 7th season premieres she will indeed be rejoining the cast to mix things up a bit.

Most of the women that were on The Real Housewives of New York in 2010 have either moved on or have been dumped to a recurring status so it will be like Frankel is walking into a totally new situation. Her life has also radically changed as she and Hoppy have spent nearly two years locked in a messy divorce battle. Having all of the dirty details play out in the press has certainly changed how Frankel approaches life now and in many ways she has turned into a completely different person.

Do you think that Bravo is smart to bring Frankel back onto the canvas now that she has a pretty interesting story to tell? In the years since first departing she has had some of her business ventures skyrocket, she hosted a talk show and then has embraced motherhood while dealing with marriage and divorce. It seems that Frankel might have a lot more to offer and in some ways she'll even be more relatable to fans because of some of her more recent experiences. Will you be tuning in to catch up with Frankel in season 7?
