Eric Church to Join Kenny Chesney for Five Dates on Stadium Tour in Summer 2015 [SCHEDULE]

Two of country's giants have decided to join forces once again on tour for a few special shows next summer. As reported by Radio.com, Eric Church will be joining Kenny Chesney for five dates on his stadium tour next summer in 2015. Eric Church will be on the road with Kenny Chesney in Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Detroit.

The two artists have done this before. In 2013, the last time when Kenny Chesney was on the road, Eric Church was his running mate as they took over stadiums all across the country. Now Kenny Chesney plans to do the same again this upcoming summer, after taking a year off to focus on his artist album The Big Revival. He told ABC's Good Morning America about the decision.

"I made a conscious choice to take the year off the road because I knew that I - the record that I had in mind that I wanted to make, I knew I couldn't just mail that in," he said. "I couldn't do it balancing both worlds of being on the road and trying to be creative in the studio."

His upcoming "The Big Revival" tour will hit 55 American cities across the United States.

Eric Church is not the only country star that will be joining Kenny Chesney on tour. Jason Aldean is doing a similar nationwide stadium tour and the two of them decided to capitalize on the opportunity to join merge their shows at 10 different dates. None of the Eric Church shows overlap with Jason Aldean.

Kenny Chesney just released his 16th artist album on Sep. 23 and it soared to the top of the charts, hitting number one on the Billboard Country album charts and number two on the overall album charts. With a busy summer coming for Kenny Chesney, get ready for an added bonus of Eric Church.
